Black Diamond has a sportkoppling för almost every purpose:

PWR - för Fast Road use - a koppling designed för use med motorer which have been modified 20-25% above standard. Has a high heat resistant organic koppling plate och burst strength of 9,000 rpm.

KVR - för Fast Road/Competition use - motorer modified 25-30% above standard. Here the friction material is 100% kevlar, lightweight och able to withstand heat generated under competition conditions.

PDL - a paddle koppling för Track Day och Competition but can also be used on the road - designed för use med a highly modified engine - up to 40% above standard. With it's cerametallic friction material - can cope med more power och deal med heat more efficiently.

Where there’s more engine power at one end och better road grip at the other, a koppling that can deliver utan slip is needed - look no further! The higher clamp load of these kopplinges is designed to cope med increased torque och higher engine revs.

For those of you who want to push your road cars to the limit our Fast Road Koppling med its organic drive plate made from very high heat resistant robust material (spiral woven glass fibre med a heavy copper core) is ideal. Made för use med a standard eller mildly modified engine - where torque och engine revs are 20-25% up from standard. It’s a great replacement för the standard koppling, hard wearing, med smooth engagement och burst strength of 9,000 rpm.

Our Fast Road/Competition Koppling is dual purpose - flexible enough to be used on the road yet performs well on the track. Made from 100% kevlar the drive plate is lightweight med a higher burst strength than the Fast Road - strong och capable of withstanding the high temperatures generated by competition speed. This koppling is designed för high revving motorer where the vehicle’s power has been increased 25-30% above standard. So för spirited drivers who dare to enjoy track days as well as the skill of fast road driving och competitions, this dual performance koppling is a great option.

Race Koppling, these five eller six paddle kopplinges designed för use med highly modified motorer (upp till 40% över standard) have cerametallic friction surfaces which can cope med more power och deal med heat more efficiently, they wear at a sundre rate, och have rostfritt stål backing plates. Designed för high-energy applications - a great koppling för competition driving including track day but can also be used on the road.

Alla our kopplinges are designed as direct replacements to standard units using the original manufacturer’s bult holes, no modification of the svänghjul is necessary och the standard koppling release mechanism can be retained. They come med either sprung eller rigid drive plates according to whether the car has a single mass eller dual mass svänghjul , ensuring that the car’s drive train is protected from shock loads.
